Order Fulfillment:
Orders received by 12:00 PM will ship same the day. Any orders received after this will ship the next day. If you have an immediate need to have your products shipped same day after 12:00 pm, please reach out to us via email or Facebook Messenger. We will work with you to make sure your products ship in a timely manner.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Please ensure that your name and RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER are on the outside of the box and a paper is inside the box letting us know what you would like us to do for you. Address all returns to:

RENTAL TOOL CUSTOMERS:
Simply send the MTS-1 back in good working order for a refund. You DO NOT need a return authorization number. Make sure your name and order number are included with the return for faster refunds. We do not provide return labels for this item. We recommend USPS Priority Padded Flat Rate envelopes for the best deal on return shipping.

Ordered the wrong part? No problem, we’ll help you get the right one on the way. The item won’t work for you? No problem, we’ll take it back for an exchange or issue a refund if necessary. Call 1.866.865.3335 or email info@bbinfinite.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to submitting an item or items for return. Thank you.

NOTE: A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to all items being returned for a refund. If free shipping was included in the original purchase a flat $8 fee will be withheld from the refund for any domestic return. Any International Return that had free shipping included will have the shipping amount deducted from the return refund.

ATTENTION: We do not accept returns of unused items for refund after 90 days has elapsed from time of delivery. If you have been in possession of an item longer than 90 days you may return the product for store credit if the product is still current in our catalog and said product is in condition for immediate restock and resale. These rules do not apply to Master Tool Set Rentals.

There is no RESTOCKING FEE for exchange items. The fee is only assessed to items returned without exchange of any kind.

Conditions: Returns and Exchanges must be in new, never-installed, and unused condition to receive an exchange or refund on the product or products in question. Scratched, dented, scuffed, and otherwise marred products will be refused and returned to the customer with no refund or exchange given. All BBInfinite Bottom Bracket Modules must be returned with all hardware, e.g. wave washer and shim packs, etc. Open or missing packaging such as poly bags and card toppers is permissible.

 A NOTE to International customers sending in an exchange: The customer pays return shipping. Upon receipt of your return we will create the exchange order. We will email you an invoice for shipping. We will mark all shipments as "Warranty Replacements" to keep you from being charged taxes again. Once the shipping is paid the exchange will ship out. This NOTE applies to all international orders unless other arrangements have been made.
